We operate as a registered Cottage Food Operation in accordance with California Health and Safety Code §114365. Our products are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Public Health.

2. Product Disclaimer

Our baked goods:

  • Are not subject to state food safety inspection.

  • May contain common allergens (e.g., wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts). We list ingredients, but cross-contamination is possible.

  • Are sold directly to consumers within approved guidelines. We do not offer wholesale or resale at this time.

3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are accepted through our website, phone, or email (if applicable).

  • All payments must be made at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.

4. Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup is not available at this time.

  • Delivery is currently available only in the following cities:
    Torrance, Gardena, Carson, Redondo Beach, Lawndale, Hawthorne, and Harbor Gateway.

  • We do not accept orders outside of these cities at this time.

  • If you miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, you may be charged a restocking fee or forfeit your order.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Due to the perishable nature of our goods, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • If we make an error (wrong item or missing item), please contact us within 24 hours for a resolution.
