Made with love in our certified home kitchen under California’s Cottage Food Law, every bun is rolled, filled, twisted, and baked by hand. We blend traditional milk bread techniques with seasonal fillings and globally inspired flavors — think matcha cream, black sesame, honey-lavender, and even savory cheddar scallion.
